TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Deposits and Payments
Livelo requires a deposit of _ to confirm your spot in the tour. Deposit should be made upon tour booking. The trip balance must be paid for _ days before the tour begins. All payments will be made in USD. Livelo reserves the right to remove a participant from the tour of their balance is not completely paid for by the deadline.
2. Insurance
As previously stated, no type of insurance is included in the cost of the tour. We do however require each participant to have medical insurance that covers any sort of accident or illness on the tour. Please be sure to review your insurance plan well in advance of the trip and make the proper changes if necessary. We also highly recommend travelers insurance, in the event that the participant must cancel for any sort of reason.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days prior to trip, receive full refund
- 30 - 60 days prior to trip, lose 50% of the cost of the tour (including the security deposit)
- 0 - 30 days prior to trip, no refund on the tour
4. Trip Alterations
Trip itinerary is subject to change based on weather, government regulations, safety, and public health issues. Livelo also has the right to cancel any trip for such circumstances, as well as the number of guests. In the event that a trip is cancelled, participants will have the option of rescheduling the tour or receiving a full reimbursement, including the deposit. Livelo will not bare any responsibility for lost travel expenses that result from a trip cancellation or itinerary change.
5. Visa Requirements
Please review your destination’s Visa policies to ensure whether or not tourists from your home country are required to have a visa upon arrival. If you plan on staying well past the end date of the tour, it is your responsibility to properly attain the correct visa. Travelers that don’t need a visa may be required to pay a reciprocity fee in the airport that Livelo is not responsible for.
6. Participant’s Responsibilities
Guests are to show up to the correct starting point in a timely manner. Each rider must carefully look at the daily routes and properly assess that they are physically capable of participating on this tour. Any rider that demonstrates that they do not meet this standard may be removed from the cycling portion of the tour, for both their own safety and the welfare of the entire group. Participants are responsible for their own actions, and bare total responsibility for any sort of accident along the way. In addition, any sort damage of damage to the bikes will be paid by the user of that bike. Finally, by booking this you tour you fully adhere to all these terms and conditions.
